On February 25, 2010 Griffin Monroe Group LLC formally acquired The Joy James Group.

 

 

Joy James has been named the Executive Vice President of Griffin Monroe. Upon completion of the transaction Joy stated: “After working together on several projects we decided that Griffin Monroe and the Joy James Group would be a synergistic combination. Griffin Monroe’s strengths in the areas of finance and mergers & acquisitions perfectly compliment our strengths in strategy, marketing, and management consulting services.
